Privacy policy
Below we explain what data we process in connection with the enquiry form, website security and optional analytics.
Enquiry form
We use data provided in the form solely to handle the enquiry, prepare a response or quotation, and conduct further discussions initiated by the user. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond. The form is not used to subscribe users to marketing communications.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on taking steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract and on our legitimate interests in handling correspondence and protecting against claims. We retain data for the time required to handle the enquiry and subsequent discussions, and then for the period required for settlements or protection against claims.
Form protection
The form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect against spam and abuse. The service may transmit technical device and connection data to Google. We use reCAPTCHA on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing the form; Google’s privacy policy and terms apply.
Google Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics starts only after “Accept” is selected. Until then, the Analytics tag is not downloaded. After consent, _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies may be stored to distinguish users and maintain session state; their default lifetime is up to 2 years. Consent can be withdrawn through “Cookie settings”; rejecting analytics does not restrict use of the website.
Recipients of data
Data may be entrusted to hosting, email and technical support providers and to Google for reCAPTCHA and — after consent — Analytics. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, mechanisms required by law are used.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, or withdraw analytics consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
